NUtec Digital Ink has acquired 100% of Signtrade.

NUtec is a digital ink manufacturer and has a global reputation as an innovative partner in the graphic arts, textile and industrial inkjet printing sector. Backed by a highly specialised research and development team and state of the art facilities, NUtec produces digital UV, water based and solvent inkjet inks for single pass and multi pass large format printers. They have partners in over 100 countries around the world.

Signtrade has been a leading distributor of inks for over a decade. Founded in 2004, the company supplies over 60 authorised dealers worldwide with products of the highest quality.

Gut Corporate Finance supported NUtec Digital Ink as financial advisor in this transaction. The mandate included the entire project management, transaction preparation, company valuation and support in the contract negotiations.
